We moved into a new unit but had no key for the cupboard just outside our office, we called a few companies to get some pricing and A.C.Q. Locksmiths were by far the cheapest. He was with us in 10 minutes and the lock was done within 2 minutes of him being here! We would definitely recommend to others looking for a quick and cost effective locksmith.

These guys are an honest and professional business. I left the house with a key in the back of the door whilst in a hurry and couldn't use the other key to get back in. The locksmith was at my address within 30 mins, despite it being a bank holiday Monday and I was back in within a minute. I asked about a finger lock so I couldn't make the same mistake again and he fitted that within 5 minutes. Cost me half what I was expecting which included a new fool-proof lock and 3 keys.

Just want to thank Dougie for coming to my home and fixing the lock because we didn’t feel safe at all because the lock was not working good it always stuck and sometimes its not locking. If it needs fixing again will call you thank you thank you!
